In my search for the perfect shearling jacket I came across Carol's website. Carol hand makes custom jackets, gilets, scarfs and hats in sheepskin, goatskin and leather. While her jackets are a but out of my price range, her toscana sheepskin gilets are great and cost around 175 pounds. Carol offers them in a variety of styles and colours, with most of the gilets already in stock. Goatskin gilets are also available.
For a cheaper option Carol also makes scarfs, collars and shrugs. Scarfs and collars cost around 25 pounds, while shrugs are about 50 pounds. Again, these come in a variety of colours and are available in the Mongolian, toscana and curly toscana styles.
